New funding opportunities in Bromley

Find out more about funding available to tackle mental health inequalities in the borough.

Bromley Mental Health Hub is being developed in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, and Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich Mind (BLG Mind).

The Equality Grants Fund is part of Bromley Mental Health Hub’s larger effort to enhance the mental health of individuals and their support within local communities.

The funding opportunities

The Equality Grants Fund addresses mental health inequalities in Bromley by providing grants for community and voluntary organisations that support disadvantaged and marginalised groups with their mental health.

We can fund a wide range of initiatives that focus on mental health of specific groups, such as low-income individuals, culturally diverse communities, people with disabilities, and LGBTQ+ individuals.

Bromley Mental Health Hub are funding projects and initiatives that:

  • Address mental health inequalities
  • Improve the accessibility and inclusivity of support
  • Offer innovative approaches

How much is available?

Organisations can request between £5,000 and £10,000 in this year. Funding can be tailored to meet the needs for your project. We do not provide unrestricted funding.

You can apply for:

– Project delivery costs as well as core costs

– Costs associated with monitoring and evaluating your work

Who can apply

To be eligible to apply to the Equality Funds, your organisation must fulfil the following:

  • Registered UK charity or other non-profit organisation (CIC or community groups)
  • Organisations must be working in Bromley
  • Operating for a minimum of two years
  • Annual Income of less than £250,000
  • Work or project must be for the benefit of Bromley residents

Deadline: 15th September at 6pm
