About the event

Join Amy Moffat, the Learning and Outreach Officer for Bethlem Museum of the Mind, to:

  • Find out more about the Victorian Bethlem Royal Hospital
  • Work together to decipher a case record from 1887
  • Discuss the differences (or similarities!) in mental health care and record keeping today.

Bethlem Museum of the Mind records the lives and experience and celebrates the achievements of people with mental health problems.

“Our aim is to make our collections more accessible, and to provide accurate information to help in their interpretation” – Amy Moffat, Learning and Outreach Officer, Bethlem Museum of the Mind

As this is a Young@MINDS event, anyone aged 18-25 is welcome.
