Greenwich and Bromley Mental Health Hubs taking shape

BLG Mind is excited to be developing two brand new services in Bromley and Greenwich: Bromley and Greenwich Mental Health Hubs.

Oxleas NHS Medical Director Abi Fadipe recently visited the Bromley hub, meeting Bromley, Lewisham and Greenwich (BLG) Mind colleagues.

Clare Dundrow and Alison Davies (BLG Mind) met with Oxleas NHS Colleagues, Abi Fadipe, Margaret Adedeji and Natalie Osanquaye.

In the run-up to their launch, we asked Abi why she’s excited about the new hubs:

“There is no wrong door into these services, that’s what’s so great about them. We review the whole person, not just the diagnosis, it’s about the needs of individual as a whole.”

Alison Davies, BLG Mind, added:

“This is a great example of partnership working between the NHS, local voluntary organisations and people with lived experience, to provide a service that speaks to the needs of our service users.”

At the moment, the Greenwich and Bromley Mental Health hubs are open to GP referrals. There will be more exciting hub news coming soon.
