Celebrating Our Volunteers

Bromley & Lewisham Mind volunteers joined staff in supporting them for our Volunteer Meal on Monday 6 July, held at Henry’s Café Bar in Bromley.

Volunteers from mental health and dementia services were invited to the evening meal in recognition and appreciation of their work.

149 volunteers contribute to improving the quality of life of people affected by mental health problems or dementia in the London boroughs of Bromley and Lewisham.

About 50 volunteers from the London boroughs of Bromley and Lewisham were treated to a buffet meal and the opportunity to meet and socialise with other volunteers and staff from across the organisation.

Head of Services, Dominic Parkinson, thanked all the volunteers expressing appreciation for the valuable contribution they make to the charity’s work.
