Bromley & Lewisham Mind’s Board of Trustees have approved our Strategic Plan for the next 3 years, following a collaborative 6 months process to develop our priorities.

Trustees, Staff and Volunteers will work together, collaborating with service users and carers, to ensure all our Strategic Objectives are delivered effectively. The Strategic Objectives are:

1. Quality

We will sustain the quality and effectiveness of our services and continue to make them even better by being both pro-active and responsive.

2. Development

We will develop new services, projects and products in line with our purpose and values.

3. Working in Partnership

We will collaborate with service users, carers and other organisations to maximise our impact and influence strategy.

4. Staff and Volunteers

We will ensure Bromley & Lewisham Mind is consistently a great place to work and volunteer.

5. Funding

We will seek to maintain our current activities and contracts, whilst also diversifying funding sources further.

6. Supporting Service Delivery

We will maintain and develop the resources and infrastructure needed to enable our services to reach their potential.

“Many thanks to all those who helped contribute to the development of the plan,” said Chief Executive, Ben Taylor. “We really look forward to making it a reailty over the next 3 years.”
