If you live with, or care for someone with, mental health problems and live in Bromley, you can join our tennis, Yoga, Walking, Gentle Seated Exercise, and Wellbeing Workshops as part of our Bromley Recovery College.

If you live in Greenwich, you can join SEL Mind’s Libby on a Mindful walk around Greenwich park to kick start Mental Health Awareness Week.

When? Monday 13 May, 2 – 3.30pm

If you live in Lewisham, you can join others on Lewisham Healthy Walks from Monday-Thursday. If you cannot make any of these dates, you could cover 8 miles on the Waterlink Way.
