Psychodrama Group

Our Psychodrama Group is a friendly and safe therapeutic space. It offers people the chance to use their spontaneity and creativity to explore different topics, build resilience and form connections with others.

About the Psychodrama Group

This welcoming group in the Royal Borough of Greenwich uses psychodrama methods to explore mental health problems and their contributing factors, such as:
– Anxiety
– Depression
– Relationship difficulties
– Loneliness
– Guilt
– Low self-esteem
It will also help you find new perspectives to old problems, develop resilience, and connect with others in a safe environment.

The group is led by Alina, our psychodrama therapist in training under supervision.

Who is the group open to?

This group is a longer-term participation group which will run for 2 years. To benefit from this method we ask members to commit to at least 6 months of regular weekly meetings.
