Mindfulness Group

Our free Mindfulness Group is a safe and friendly space where you can learn and maintain a regular practice of mindfulness. It offers the chance to check in and understand yourself in a mindful way. Led by skilled practitioners, you will have the opportunity to use a range of different techniques, including sitting practice and mindful movement.

About the Mindfulness Group

The Mindfulness Group takes place on a weekly basis and can be accessed both in person and online via Zoom. It is an ongoing and open activity so you are welcome to attend for as long as you find helpful.

Who is the group open to?

Open to: Anyone aged 18 or over who lives, works or is registered with a GP in Greenwich.

When: Tuesdays, 3pm.

Where: SEL Mind, 54 – 56 Ormiston Road, London. SE10 0LN – MAP

No need to sign up – just come along directly to the meeting.

Mindful Walks

Additionally to the Mindfulness Group, we host Mindful Walks in Greenwich Park and other areas. The group meets monthly to enjoy a walk in a small group setting. This is an opportunity to build connection with the nature as well as practice mindfulness in more active way. 

Where? Meet at Blackheath Gate, Greenwich Park

When? Every first Monday of the month at 2pm
