Men's Therapy Group
Our new Men’s Therapy Group in Greenwich is a safe, supportive space for men to talk about any challenges that have impacted their wellbeing and mental health.
This free group gives men the opportunity to connect with peers and learn tools to support themselves or their loved ones in managing their mental health.
About the Men's Therapy Group
The group is run by experienced practitioners who have understanding and knowledge of promoting psychological wellbeing.
It aims to support participants to reflect upon, explore and understand their current psychological difficulties. Members will be offered guidance and the opportunity to gain skills to resolve these challenges.
Peer support is also a crucial element of the sessions and participants will connect with others who may have similar experiences of managing their mental health.
Who is the group open to?
