A mother looking down at her baby

Greenwich Mindful Mums Wellbeing Groups

Having a baby isn’t easy at the best of times, especially with the modern-day demands of work, health and relationships, and traditional family support networks not always being an option. Our Mindful Mums groups will help you navigate the path of new parenthood.

What is Mindful Mums?

Mindful Mums offers supportive, five-week courses and drop-in sessions for pregnant women and new mums. All of our groups are led by trained volunteers with their own personal experience of managing the challenges of early motherhood. The sessions offer an opportunity to connect with other local pregnant women and new mums with similar experiences, and learn tips and techniques for looking after your wellbeing.

How much do the courses cost?

All Mindful Mums courses are completely free. Registration is required.
