Crisis Counselling

Crisis counselling provides a safe and confidential opportunity to work with a counsellor through challenging circumstances when you are finding life too difficult. You will receive up to six counselling sessions.

Who is Crisis Counselling for?

Adults living in or registered with a GP in the Royal Borough of Greenwich who are experiencing:

  • Mental health emergencies
  • Sudden changes in life circumstance
  • Feelings of being overwhelmed due to life difficulties.

If needed, this service can refer you to other services that you may find useful.

Our opening times are: 

Monday – Friday: 10.30am – 4.30pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6pm – 9pm
Saturday: 10.30am – 1.30pm
