Asian Counselling

Asian Counselling is culturally sensitive to meet the mental health needs of adults from the Asian community in Greenwich, helping them to explore emotional difficulties, feel better understood, and to live a more satisfying life.

Who is Asian Counselling for?

Asian Counselling is for adults living in the Royal Borough of Greenwich whose cultural background is or who identify as being Asian and who would prefer to talk to a counsellor who reflects their ethnicity and cultural background.

We aim to match you as best we can with a counsellor who speaks the same language/dialect or comes from the same cultural background. Besides English, we provide counselling in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali, Sylheti and more.

“It has helped me to open my eyes to ‘see’ myself in clearer ways. Culturally appropriate.”
