Greenwich Counselling

Greenwich Counselling service offers free, confidential counselling to adults who live or are registered with a GP in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

What is counselling?

Counselling offers an opportunity to talk to a trained counsellor in private and in confidence without judgement or criticism. It can support you to become clearer about any issues you may be experiencing and help you manage them better. It can help improve your general mental health and wellbeing.

“It was good to know I had someone to talk to or a place to go to if at any time I thought I was losing control again.”

Please direct any clients to Mindline on 020 8853 1735 to find out what we can currently offer them.
