What is Connecting Communities (CC)?

CC provides a confidential signposting service for people experiencing mental health difficulties. The service helps people to access the resources they need by directing them to local services within the community.

What does CC do?

Our advisor holds one-to-one meetings over the phone, in person or online and provides tailored advice and support based on the needs discussed during the meeting. The advisor assists people to connect with local services and empowers them to access similar resources in the future.

  • Domestic abuse/coercion advice

Opening hours: Tuesday- Friday, 10am- 4pm

Last available appointment for one-to-one meetings is 3pm (depending on meeting type)

Please note that face to face meetings must be arranged in advance.

Face to face meetings are generally available Tuesday- Friday between 1-4pm depending on room availability.
