Greenwich MindCare Dementia Support

The Greenwich MindCare Dementia Information and Support service delivers high quality support to help Greenwich residents diagnosed with dementia live well and maintain their independence as long as possible. The service also supports those who are an unpaid carer of someone with dementia.

The services we offer include:

  • Personalised advice and information
  • Individual, person-centred support planning
  • Help to access other support, services and community resources
  • Carer-specific workshops
  • Follow-up support and contact

Memory Café

People with dementia and volunteers talking about car memoriesThe café is for clients with a formal diagnosis of dementia who are living in the borough of Greenwich. Family carers are also welcome to join in.

The café will run from 1pm – 3pm on the first Thursday of each month. It’s an opportunity for people living with a dementia diagnosis to come together for fun, arts and crafts, music and reminiscence.
