Stress is unavoidable, it is part of all our lives. Excessive stress can harm our mental and physical health but viewed in a positive way stress can also be helpful:

  • Stress can help us move forward.
  • Stress can become a powerful tool in our recovery from some of the more negative aspects of modern life. This course examines some current thinking on successful stress management, focussing on learning how to live better with stress
