Singing For Wellbeing – Session 10

A natural mood booster, singing is fun and is a great way to make new friends.

This 12-week course to help you find and enjoy your voice and experience the well-being benefits of singing in a safe, supportive group. Singing helps deepen our breath cycle, relaxing and relieving stress. Learning songs involves focus and concentration, taking our minds off worries.

Each session will begin with a warm-up of gentle vocal, breathing, and physical exercises followed by singing in harmony. We will be learning an exciting set of songs from various genres – pop, jazz, world and folk, working towards an end-of-course joint choir concert.
