Meditation and Mindfulness techniques can have a positive effect on reducing your stress, anxiety, and depression.
There’s no pressure to meditate for longer than you are comfortable with. This gently-paced course provides:
• An introduction to mindful movement – a guided series of slow exercises that draw on practices taken from Tai Chi and Yoga.
• A practical approach to meditation, beginning with short practices gradually building in time to longer sessions.
• Practical yet simple mindfulness techniques.
