Mindfulness and Compassion – Session 3

This course is for those who wish to experience lasting happiness. Compassion is the foundation for much of our happiness. It is the root of inner healing when we are struggling. It is about easing emotional pain and learning how to harness difficult emotions to transform our various moods.

Taken at a gentle pace, the course will provide some practical yet simple Mindfulness techniques. No previous experience is necessary, just a genuine desire to move forward.
