Meditation – Session 6

Meditation and Mindfulness techniques can have a positive effect on reducing your stress, anxiety, and depression. There will be no pressure to sit in meditation for longer than you are comfortable with.

This gently paced course will provide:

  • A space to talk about our feelings
  • A practical approach to meditation, beginning with short practices and lasting for a few minutes, gradually building in time to longer sessions.
  • An introduction to mindful movement, a guided series of slow exercises that draw on practices taken from Tai Chi and Yoga.
