Meditation – Session 6

Meditation and Mindfulness techniques can have a positive effect on reducing your stress, anxiety, and depression.

There will be no pressure to meditate for longer than you are comfortable with. This gently-paced course will provide:

  • A space to talk about our feelings
  • A practical approach to meditation, beginning with short practices gradually building in time to longer sessions
  • An introduction to mindful movement, a guided series of slow exercises that draw on practices taken from Tai Chi and Yoga.
