Managing Your Mood – session 1

An introduction to how and why we experience different moods. How we can manage moods that we find negative in our daily lives and value those which we find positive.
We will explore:

  • the influence of personality on our mood and our situation
  • characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings and behaviours that make us who we are
  • the biological basis of mood and the influence of our hormones
