Journaling – Session 3

This course is for those who might be struggling with stress, depression, or anxiety. Keeping a journal can be a great way of simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly it can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health.

The course will include:

  • How to create order when your world feels like it’s in chaos. Try and write every day.
  • You get to know yourself by revealing your most private fears, thoughts, and feelings. Write or draw whatever feels right.
  • Look forward to journaling. Use your journal as you see fit.
