Learn to deal with stress mindfully whilst being kind to yourself and others.

Left unchecked, stress can make us unwell and impair our capacity to be happy. In this course you’ll learn:

  • Meditation techniques that recognize, allow, and soothe the symptoms of stress
  • Mindful movements to relax body and mind and regulate our breathing

There will be time to share and discuss anything that comes up for you in the meditation which can help us understand the value of mindfulness.
