Finding a Positive Direction in Life – session 5

We all experience that feeling of being stuck in a rut from
time to time – wanting to move forward but not quite
knowing how to get going. In this practical course will
explore ways of rediscovering a sense of purpose in life. We
will look at:

  • ways of forming new, life-enhancing habits
  • the role of positive and negative self-talk
  • ways of acquiring greater resilience
