What is resilience is and how can we build it? During the course we will:

  • Explore what we mean by resilience
  • Look at reframing unhelpful thinking patterns in a more positive way
  • Consider self-compassion for resilience using the 5 Ways to Wellbeing to help build resilience
  • See how we can use techniques such as rest and relaxation to help increase resilience.
