Overview

Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experiences, strengths and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problems and help others to do the same.  GA members offer the hand of friendship to anyone who is looking to try and stop gambling.
You can use the website to find a meeting near you and get the help you have been looking for. There is no membership or registration required, just turn up at the meeting’s advertised time and date.

Gamblers Anonymous holds meetings all over the UK and hosts over 170 meetings per week.  If you think you have a comuplsive gambling problem a meeting is the best place you could go as you can speak directly to other compulsive gamblers who will offer help, advice and support.  GA has various types of meetings.

What Happens at a Meeting
In general, a GA Meeting is where you can sit with other compulsive gamblers and share support and strength by talking to each other about the issues surrounding a compulsive gambler in today’s society.  People from all walks of life and age groups attend GA meetings and share advice to keep away from that next bet.  Many people through attending meetings get their life back in order and abstain from gambling.
