If your life is at risk right now

If you feel like you might attempt suicide, or may have seriously harmed yourself, you need urgent medical help. Please:

  • Call 999 for an ambulance
  • Call 999 in BSL
  • Go to A&E. If you can’t do this by yourself, ask someone to help you.

For urgent help:

  • In Bromley and Greenwich: Call the 24hour Oxleas NHS Mental Health Crisis line on 0800 330 8590. If you need an interpreter, contact 111 and ask to be connected to the mental health Crisis line.
  • In Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark: Call the SLaM crisis line on 0800 731 2864 and choose option 1. Tell them if you need an interpreter.
