Bromley Peer Support

Our peer support groups bring people with personal experiences of mental health issues together to share their experiences and support one another. The groups offer you the chance to develop social contacts, improve or maintain your mental wellbeing and, in some cases, learn a new skill.

Peer Support in Bromley

Bromley Peer Support is a service for adults with experience of mental health problems who want to:

  • Volunteer to run activity-based groups groups to help others who are struggling with their mental health.
  • Volunteer to offer one-to-one peer support as a Befriender.
  • Attend peer support activity-based groups to support their own mental wellbeing.
  • Receive one-to-one support from a Peer Support Befriender.
