The Bromley Dementia Support Hub is delivered by three organisations with many years of experience and expertise in supporting people with dementia, and the family members and friends who care for them.

MindCare Dementia Support (part of SEL Mind)
Bromley Mindcare Dementia Support, part of SEL Mind, has been delivering dementia support services to residents of the London Borough of Bromley for many years. MindCare is experienced in providing:
- Advice, information, coaching and workshops about living with dementia.
- Specialist activity and advocacy groups for people diagnosed with dementia.
- Respite breaks at home for carers.
- Dementia exercise and wellbeing cafes.
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides community health, mental health and learning disability services to people living in South East London and parts of Kent. This includes community health care such as district nursing and health visiting, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies.
Age UK Bromley & Greenwich
Age UK Bromley & Greenwich is an independent charity providing a single point of entry to joined-up, quality preventative services, activities and support that promotes opportunities, independence and choice to older people, adult carers and those with long-term conditions in Bromley and Greenwich.

Bromley Council provides and maintains numerous local services in London’s largest borough. Encompassing Beckenham, Penge, Orpington, Biggin Hill and Chislehurst as well as Bromley itself, Bromley Council supplies services to more than 300,000 residents.
