Bromley Dementia Support Hub, together with our MindCare service and our partners Bromley Well and Age UK Bromley & Greenwich, offer a number of fun and stimulating activities both in-person and online for people living with dementia and their friends and family carers.
Memory Lane Café: in-person and on Zoom
Our weekly Memory Lane Café, which is currently being held both on Zoom and in-person, provides a relaxed, informal setting for people with dementia, their family and friends.
The online Memory Lane Café is every Monday morning from 10.30am – 11.30am.
The in-person Memory Lane Café is every Friday morning from 10.30am – 12.30pm at Community House, South Street, Bromley, BR1 1RH – MAP.
Dementia Wellbeing and Exercise Café: in-person
This café runs twice a month on Wednesday mornings, 10.30am-12.30pm. It offers gentle exercise, activities and socialising for people with dementia and their family and friends.
The café is held at Venue 28, 28 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, BR3 4LS – MAP.

Memory Singers: in-person
A fun and friendly choir open to people living with dementia and their friends and family members.
The choir meets weekly at Bromley United Reform Church, 20 Widmore Road, Bromley, BR1 1RY – MAP.
Every Wednesday, 2pm – 3.30pm

South East London MindCare Choir: on Zoom
This fun and friendly weekly choir run by SEL Mind is held on Zoom.
Every Wednesday, 11am – 12pm.

Bromley Well Adult Carers Support Group: in-person
This welcoming peer support group run by our partners, Bromley Well, is open to all carers. Pop in at any time during the hour. Bromley Well also run other workshops specific to carers – drop them an email to see what’s coming up.
