Help and advice when you need it most

Bromley Dementia Support Hub

A diagnosis of dementia is life-changing. We provide services free of charge to support people diagnosed with dementia in the London Borough of Bromley, and their family and friends, helping to find and access suitable local services.

“The support we received from the Bromley Dementia Hub was outstanding. Our dementia advisor was able to 100% reassure us that we were taking the right steps with mum as her dementia was becoming a serious concern. Thank you to the team.”
