In Bromley, SEL Mind provides support, information, advice and activities for people with dementia and their friends and family carers through two services: Bromley Dementia Support Hub and MindCare Dementia Support.

Support for unpaid carers looking after someone with dementia in Bromley is also being provided by our partner organisation, Bromley Well.

Mindcare Direct Dementia Support at Home

Our Mindcare Direct Dementia Support at Home service provides individually tailored support at home, giving families and friends a break from caring for someone with dementia.

Dementia Training

Mindcare provides free Dementia training, coaching and consultancy to family and friends of a person living with dementia, care professionals and volunteers. Note: you must live or work in Bromley to receive our free training.

Young Onset Dementia

Bromley Dementia Support Hub supports people with young onset dementia (dementia which is diagnosed at the age of 65 or younger). Our services include weekly get-togethers, a peer support group and a café.
